
Senior Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Senior Customer Readiness Manager. This is a critical role that will play a key part in ensuring the successful implementation of product and business change, identifying customer risks, and monitoring the impact of product change on customers.
The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with different stakeholders, both non-technical and technical. They will also be comfortable working with complex and diverse data and applying robust problem-solving skills.
This role will involve leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing delivery team tightly aligned with the customer organisation's objectives and key results. The team will have stakeholders across multiple global divisions, and the successful candidate will need to effectively drive advocacy for the needs and objectives of the wider customer experience leadership team.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven leader of a delivery team with the ability to maximize resource to deliver tangible business value
- Strong stakeholder management experience, preferably at executive level
- Ability to influence outcomes at all levels in a variety of contexts
- Commercial mindset and understanding of SaaS business models
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with different stakeholders
