Job Title: Senior Customer Experience Leader

About the Role

This is a highly sought-after position for a seasoned professional who will lead the development of customer experience strategies and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing CX solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

  • Develop customer journey maps, service blueprints, personas, and experience frameworks to inform business decisions.
  • Evaluate prevention initiatives, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure program impact.
  • Manage and analyze customer feedback from multiple channels to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to turn qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years' experience in customer experience, insights, or evaluation.
  • Strong Qualtrics skills, including survey design, data analysis, and action planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
  • A strong understanding of human-centered design principles and experience in customer journey mapping and service blueprinting.
