Job Title: Performance Improvement Officer

About the Role:

This is a temporary full-time appointment for up to 3 years. The role involves leading a field team, overseeing performance reviews, developing professional learning programs, engaging with stakeholders and policy development.

The department supports early childhood education and care by regulating and providing services. We aim to unlock excellence and unleash the potential of learners through schooling and vocational training.

The Professional and Ethical Standards directorate leads activities to resolve complaints from employees and parents/carers/students/community members.

We respect and value Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as First Peoples of Australia.

The successful applicant will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • A Working with Children Check Clearance Number
  • A National Criminal Record Check

This is a child-related role. As a condition of employment you will need to complete a National Criminal Record Check and provide a WWCC Clearance number.
