Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver OD strategies, frameworks, and interventions that drive positive culture change.">
  • Lead initiatives in employee engagement, recognition, and change management.">
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and training sessions.">
  • Analyse organisational needs and recommend improvements to structures, processes, and capability.">
  • Develop metrics to track and evaluate OD effectiveness.">

Requirements

">
  • Proven experience in organisational development within complex environments.">
  • Strength in performance management, succession planning, or workforce planning.">
  • Expertise with Tier 1 HRIS OD modules (Workday experience desirable).">
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action.">
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.">
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.">
