**About the Role**

To be an integral member of City Clean team to support the manager and unit leaders to improve efficiencies through optimising processes, improving systems and reporting as well as planning capabilities.

Support the embedding of a continuous improvement mindset within the team through the implementation of various BI initiatives.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Partner with the Waste and Cleansing Leadership team to understand the business and put forward recommendations to implement process efficiencies through technology.
- Review existing processes and provide recommendations to the leadership team to optimise these with an eye to optimising processes for service delivery.
- Develop, recommend and implement the process for an operations manual to ensure guiding standards and principles are consistent across the relevant function/team
- Partner with administration team to ensure systems are in place to maintain accurate records are developed and maintained as required.
- Prepare written reports and statistical data on activities
- Assist in developing Promapp end to end processes including working with leaders and Team members to maintain existing Promapps.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in business management/improvement or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, change management and implementation of processes and projects.
- Demonstrated experience utilising technology to improve performance.
- Strong skills in Information Technology
- Experience with Power BI and like programs
- Experience working with local government
