Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Food Service Supervisor at Vivonne Bay Lodge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supervising and delivering exceptional food service to our guests.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the possibility of casual work. You will be expected to work weekends and be available to cover shifts as needed.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a background in the tourism industry and demonstrated experience in food provision services. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
You will also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. A food safety course/training and Responsible Service of Alcohol certification are essential requirements for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a small team of culinary staff
- Deliver exceptional food service to our guests
- Maintain high standards of health and hygiene in the kitchen
- Organize and plan menus, inventory, and supplies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
