About the Role
This position plays a key part in delivering exceptional food service to our guests at Vivonne Bay Lodge. As a supervisor, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene are maintained.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the tourism industry and experience in food provision services. Key responsibilities include supervising a small team, maintaining organizational and planning skills, and demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
