Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Food Service Supervisor at Vivonne Bay Lodge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supervising and delivering exceptional food service to our guests.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the possibility of casual work. You will be expected to work weekends and be available to cover shifts as needed.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a background in the tourism industry and demonstrated experience in food provision services. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and lead a small team.
You will also have a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, with a willingness to maintain and improve our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and deliver exceptional food service to our guests
- Maintain and improve kitchen operations, including food safety and hygiene standards
- Lead and motivate a small team to achieve high standards of service
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
