Lead Platform Solution Designer

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to shape the future of our digital landscape. This role will lead the design and development of innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and innovation.

  • Develop and document solution options for business review and approval
  • Prototype system changes, including test script creation, execution, and analysis
  • Evaluate and recommend alternative design options, considering trade-offs and business impact
  • Model, simulate, or prototype platform behaviour to validate solutions
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Workday solutions across global operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Ensure adherence to change and release processes for smooth deployment
  • Monitor system health, performance, and issue resolution to maximize platform availability
  • Maintain data security and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
Requirements:
  • Experience in IT operations, software development, or DevOps and comfort navigating technical challenges
  • Workday Expertise: deep configuration skills in Workday Core HR and at least two additional modules (e.g., Talent, Compensation, Learning)
  • Technology Product Mindset: understanding SaaS models and effective working within SaaS support structures
  • Collaborative Approach: building strong relationships across teams in outsourced or multi-stakeholder environments
  • Stakeholder Engagement: translating technical concepts into business value and communicating effectively
  • Broad understanding of business processes and anticipating ripple effects of decisions and changes
