About The Role

This Digital Solutions Analyst position is responsible for driving member-centric digital solutions that deliver exceptional outcomes for our members. Your expertise will be sought after to develop technical requirements and artefacts to communicate solution designs, ensuring seamless delivery.

  • Lead analysis of business problems and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop member-centric digital solutions that deliver best-in-class outcomes.
  • Draft technical requirements and artefacts to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Leverage technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, MAUI, Sitecore, and Web APIs.

With a strong understanding of business processes and products, you will step in to lead solutions as required, including design, estimation, coordination, and specification activities. This ensures deliverables meet business needs and expectations.

About You

We seek an individual with professional verbal and written communication skills, along with demonstrated negotiation, mediation, and facilitation skills. Strong business acumen and industry knowledge are essential, as well as a deep understanding of business processes and products.

  • Must have experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience using UML to create sequence diagrams.
  • Extensive experience working with APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge and use of process modelling tools to create BPMN and flow diagrams.
