Digital Solutions Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the delivery of innovative solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, communicate, and validate technical requirements for changes to business processes, policies, digital systems, and applications.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify, document, and assist business stakeholders in articulating clearly defined business requirements.
  • Develop member-centric digital solutions that deliver exceptional outcomes for members.
  • Draft comprehensive technical requirements and artefacts to communicate solution designs that facilitate seamless developer collaboration throughout delivery.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, MAUI, Sitecore, and Web APIs.
  • Assume leadership roles as required, encompassing design, estimations, coordination, and specification activities, ensuring that deliverables meet business needs and expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvements on digital initiatives implemented and identify opportunities for further optimization within the process.
About You
  • You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, mediation, and facilitation skills are essential.
  • You must have solid business acumen and industry knowledge with a deep understanding of business processes and products.
  • Familiarity with digital IT trends and experience working with digital platforms is highly regarded.
  • Hands-on experience using UML to create sequence diagrams is desirable.
  • Extensive experience working with APIs and web services is necessary.
  • Knowledge and use of process modelling tools to create BPMN and flow diagrams are also valuable.
