A key role exists for a Strategy and Delivery Analyst in a dynamic organisation to contribute to defining and delivering an innovative Member Experience (MDX) strategy.


About the Position
  • Develop strategic initiatives and orchestrate cross-functional delivery efforts, driving business outcomes through collaboration and effective project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery, design, and development of the MDX strategy, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
  • Support business planning by identifying, estimating, prioritising, and sequencing initiatives that align with organisational goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement strategy using various delivery approaches, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

What You'll Need
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably in a field related to business or technology.
  • Experience from strategy and/or delivery roles in large, complex organisations, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning and team leadership.
  • Understanding of agile frameworks and modern ways of working, with a focus on collaborative and adaptive methodologies.
