Future Technology Leader

Tackle complex challenges in our two-year Graduate Program and shape the future of financial services through cyber security, data, digital platforms, and delivery.

You'll collaborate with a dynamic team to develop innovative technology solutions that support customers and operations. Gain hands-on experience in software development, automation, and modern engineering practices.

  • Cyber Security: Help protect what matters by building expertise across threat management, application security, security assurance, and resilience & recovery.
  • Business Analysis: Play a key role in understanding business needs and turning them into actionable solutions. Work on process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making – helping deliver solutions that create real value.
  • Software Engineering: Design and build innovative technology solutions that support Suncorp's customers and operations. Gain experience in software development, automation, and modern engineering practices.

We're looking for individuals who possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a drive to build quality software.

Preferred qualifications include degrees in cyber security, software engineering, computer science, or related fields. Experience in similar roles is also desirable.
