Executive Culinary Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our culinary team as a Chef de Partie. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes that meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of your section and ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining the highest culinary standards.
- Execute the restaurant's menu with creativity, seasonality, and guest preferences in mind.
- Maintain a consistent level of quality in food preparation, presentation, and taste.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure the kitchen adheres to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant team regarding menu availability and relevant changes.
- Optimize productivity while minimizing waste.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Demi Chef role within a hotel operation or independent venue.
- Proven experience motivating a diverse kitchen team in a high-pressure environment.
- A strong focus on quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
