Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage insurance accounts, deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

About the Role

This key position involves handling account management, servicing, sales, and administration responsibilities. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently while working towards individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of insurance accounts, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their insurance experience.
  • Identify new business prospects and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment, navigating multiple technologies and platforms to achieve results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • A solid understanding of General Insurance principles, including multiple lines of coverage.
  • A passion for helping clients who make a positive impact in their communities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
