We are growing If you are a driven and experienced insurance professional, don't miss this rare opportunity to take your career to the next level as part of our highly successful Nutrien Ag Solutions insurance division in Kilmore, Victoria.
You will be responsible for an established portfolio and with your expertise you will also generate new business to achieve growth targets.
As a people person you will protect, maintain and grow relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of Rural, Agri, SME and Commercial clients
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
- Provide exceptional client service while building close working relationships
- Negotiating with our underwriting partners to achieve the best outcome for clients
- Maintain an active sales pipeline
- Manage compliance obligations and stakeholder relationships
To be successful in this role you be a high performer who can demonstrate portfolio growth. You will also:
- Enjoy working as part of a team but also be able to work autonomously.
- Love that no two days are the same and that much of your time will be spent out with clients or prospective clients, and not in the office.
- Be sales orientated and able to build a sales pipeline to support new business growth.
- Have amazing organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail
- Have sound general insurance technical ability and be a problem solver.
- Tier 1 broking qualification is mandatory.
