**Talent Acquisition Role Overview**



At Scotford Fennessy, we are seeking a skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across various industries.



**Key Responsibilities:**




  • Client Engagement:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular updates to ensure alignment between client expectations and recruitment outcomes.
    • Identify revenue opportunities while maximising business growth to enhance financial performance.

  • Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:

    • Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
    • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations, to ensure the best fit for both clients and candidates.

  • Market Research:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
    • Analyse and interpret recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to share market intelligence, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, fostering their professional development.


**Requirements:**




  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Experience in developing strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Willingness to support and develop junior/inexperienced recruiters.
  • Motivated to lead a prosperous high-performing desk.
  • Driven to build and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving success.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Adaptability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry.
