About the Role

We are seeking an Event Delivery Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, CBD. This role is responsible for the development and delivery of online events that meet the continuing professional development (CPD) needs of our members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering online events that are high-quality, relevant, and accessible. Key tasks include:

  • Delivering online events that meet the CPD needs of our members, including webinars and virtual events.
  • Liaising with speakers and moderators to ensure their content has maximum impact in the online environment.
  • End-to-end delivery of each event, including set-up, testing, rehearsal, and live delivery, as well as recording, editing, and uploading virtual content.
  • Evaluating the events and reporting on results and recommendations.
What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in events planning and coordination or a similar role.
  • Experience in delivering online events or meetings and proficiency in relevant software and platforms, such as Zoom and EventsAir.
  • Experience within membership or non-profit organisations is highly regarded, along with a passion for driving meaningful change in mental health care.
  • A positive, can-do mindset.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or the right to work in Australia.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $63,000 - $78,800 inclusive of superannuation and leave loading. You will also receive a great hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, as well as a monthly free paid day off for full-time staff.
