Your objective? To enhance revenue and foster growth across accounts in the industrial, hardware, automotive, and grocery sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Surpass sales objectives for designated National Accounts.
  • Client-Focused Strategy: Grasp customer requirements and present customized sales pitches.
  • Long-Term Planning: Formulate collaborative business strategies for medium to long-term goals.
  • Sales Leadership: Propel category management and promotional initiatives.
  • Profit Optimization: Enhance sales, distribution, and profitability utilizing company resources.
  • Insightful Analysis: Evaluate customer outcomes to determine appropriate actions aligned with customer and company strategies.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Lead contract discussions to elevate sales and EBITDA while ensuring adherence to agreed terms.
  • Business Development: Discover and secure new business, distribution, and growth opportunities.
  • Brand Management: Oversee annual trade strategies for brand advancement.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Assist in marketing campaigns and below-the-line activities such as trade exhibitions, sampling initiatives, training, and display programs.
  • Accountability: Ensure precise reporting, forecasting, and budget oversight.
  • Digital Strategy Alignment: Integrate retail approaches with digital marketing and e-commerce efforts across accounts.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing key accounts.
  • Background in sales representation and/or trade marketing, with aspirations to advance in sales.
  • Experience across multiple channels (industrial, hardware, automotive, or grocery preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales and growth objectives.
  • History of successfully selling new products and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Familiarity with profit and loss (P&L) management.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
