Administrative Support Role
About Us:
We are a leading provider of high-quality epoxy flooring solutions, dedicated to delivering excellence in every project and maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and office operations documentation.
- Provide administrative support to management, including IT, HR, and project-specific tasks as needed.
- Coordinate office processes, manage inventory, and update registers such as pricelists, staff hours, orders, and enquiries.
- Handle phone calls, answer or forward them professionally, and assist with marketing tasks for efficient office operations.
- Assist with report preparation, compliance documentation, and onboarding new staff members.
- Perform ad hoc duties to ensure smooth office functioning and continually improve systems and processes for enhanced efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with accounts payable and receivable experience.
- Proficiency in MYOB for financial processing and record-keeping, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Familiarity with Jotforms, Google Calendar, Dropbox, and social media platforms is a plus.
