We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Western Australia.

About the Role:
  • Be the first point of contact, greeting clients and offering hospitality
  • Answering and directing all inbound telephone calls
  • Providing administrative support to Partners
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems & data entry
  • Ensuring office supplies are up-to-date
  • Managing mail and courier services
  • Processing banking transactions (practice and client)
  • Making petty cash purchases
  • Printing and collating tax returns for clients
  • Lodging tax returns with relevant authorities
  • Reviewing tax assessments and generating client letters
  • Maintaining office debtors' records
Requirements:
  • A positive attitude towards work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Above-average computer skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Working collaboratively as part of a professional team

The normal hours of work are 9am to 5pm.
