We are seeking a highly skilled Account Administrator to join our organization at a client based in Welshpool.
This is a full-time position with a flexible finish around 3/4pm, Monday to Friday.
About Our OrganizationWe work with a range of clients throughout Australia, providing labour recruitment and safety management services.
Main Responsibilities- Prior experience in accounting is essential for this role.
- A strong customer service-oriented work ethic is required.
- Strong front office administration skills are necessary.
- Hire industry experience is highly regarded.
- Accounts Receivable/Payable experience is mandatory.
- Hire Contract Processing expertise is required.
- Reconciliation (Bank, Payroll, Superannuation) skills are essential.
- BAS and PAYG Preparation knowledge is crucial.
- General administration and logistics coordination abilities are necessary.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, MYOB accounting, and Hire Software is required.
- A strong team-based work environment and culture.
- A small privately owned business with a long-term workforce.
- Modern spacious clean offices, workshop, and facilities.
