Administration Officer Role Summary
Based in Carlisle, we are seeking a professional to fill the position of Administration Officer. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth office workflow and performing various administrative tasks.
This is a permanent part-time role with a four-day workweek (Tuesday - Friday, 30 hours per week) offering an attractive fortnightly wage.
**Key Success Factors:**
- Proven experience with Microsoft suite applications, specifically SharePoint.
- A minimum of one year's experience in administration roles is preferred.
- We are looking for a diligent, honest, and integrity-driven individual who can work effectively as part of a team.
**Main Responsibilities Include:
- Invoicing, staff onboarding, and maintaining compliance documentation;
- Managing jobs within our system, including SBO and general office upkeep;
- Providing personal assistance to the Managing Director.
