Job Summary
We seek a skilled Strategic Commercial Partner to drive commercial excellence and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, leveraging their analytical expertise to inform business decisions.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, as the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities- Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights and inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
- Analyse key financial metrics, including KPIs, WIP, debtor days, and utilisation.
- Support pricing strategies and tender submissions.
- Promote financial acumen across the firm through training and awareness initiatives.
- Lead performance improvement initiatives and enhance working capital management.
Tertiary qualification in commerce, law, or business is required. Proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally within professional services or legal environments, is highly desirable.
CA, CPA, or equivalent certification is preferred. Strong leadership, influencing, and relationship-building skills are essential. Exceptional analytical and communication abilities are necessary to succeed in this role.
