**About the role**

**Your responsibilities**
Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Provide insights for strategic and business planning
- Financial modelling and cost/benefit Analysis for the evaluation of business strategies
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting process
- Inventory and stock reporting and analysis
- Track corporate and department strategy initiatives to ensure the management team have ongoing visibility of all initiatives against targets
- Partner with marketing to develop business cases for marketing and digital initiatives
- Ad-hoc project work that may arise

**The successful applicant will have**
Suited to a qualified CA/CPA/CIMA who is a self motivated, this role will leverage your financial, commercial and data competencies with the true ability to build and collaboratively partner with the wider organisation. Experience with Power BI and strong systems userability will also be deemed as critical to your success. Additionally, experience within a commercial or FP&A role within a Retail, FMCG, Product or a Manufacturing based environment will be highly beneficial.
