Home Care Worker Opportunity in Port Macquarie

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Port Macquarie. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers have access to nutritious food and groceries.
- Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected and engaged with their community.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers' physical and emotional well-being.
- Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families, providing a sense of relief and comfort.
- Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, requiring specialized support and attention.
- A guaranteed number of hours and shifts in Port Macquarie, ensuring a stable and predictable work schedule.
- A competitive award rate of $30.61 per hour, plus superannuation, paid kilometers, and a phone allowance.
