We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Port Macquarie. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility.
- Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Support customers with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating and independence.
- Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping customers to stay connected and engaged with their community.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
