We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Port Macquarie. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating habits and independence.
- Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected and engaged with their community.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers' physical and emotional well-being.
- Offer respite and emotional support, providing a listening ear and a helping hand when needed.
- Transport customers to appointments and social events, promoting their independence and mobility.
- Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, including dementia and other conditions, requiring specialized support and care.
- A guaranteed number of hours close to home, ensuring a stable and predictable work schedule.
