Home Care Worker Opportunity in Port Macquarie

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Port Macquarie. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping
- Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Offer respite and emotional support
- Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia
