We're seeking a talented Commercial Insights Manager to join our team at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll play a critical role in harnessing Vodafone's customer data to identify growth opportunities and inform key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and interpret large datasets to reveal trends and correlations
  • Work with stakeholders to gather insights on competitor and market behaviour
  • Examine customer behaviour using internal datasets
  • Develop machine learning techniques to model customer behaviour and preferences
  • Forecast key trends and predict future events using historical data and statistical frameworks
  • Build and update industry knowledge on data analytics and leverage into daily work
  • Support junior team members and coach them on data interrogation and analysis
  • Investigate product performance and translate insights into improvement suggestions
Requirements:
  • Experience in solving large analytical problems using statistical and predictive models
  • Fluency in SQL database interrogation and solid programming skills
  • Good team working attitude and ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to advise and manage projects autonomously
