Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities.

Job Description
  • Provide person-centered care to individuals with diverse needs and abilities.
  • Assist participants with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Build rapport and foster positive relationships with participants, families, and carers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of support provided, ensuring continuity of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Individual Support and/or Disability equivalent qualification.
  • Current and valid NDIS worker screening check (mandatory).
  • Proven experience working with individuals with behaviours of concern and mental health conditions.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS principles and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
