Job Title: Dedicated Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to provide high-quality personal, social, and emotional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with daily activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming, maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
  • Providing assistance with mobility, including walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between different positions.
  • Observing and reporting any changes in the resident's health or behavior.
  • Supporting residents with their dietary requirements, ensuring they receive the food they need and assisting them in the process of eating.
  • Documenting care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident's condition accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents.

Requirements:

  • Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
  • Adaptability, passion, and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
