Job Title: Dedicated Support Associate

We are seeking a reliable and committed person to provide personalized support to our participants in need across various services, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social engagement.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license, and relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Support.

  • Providing daily living support to participants with tasks like personal care and domestic assistance.
  • Assisting participants with social support activities, including appointment attendance and engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to management.

This is a part-time opportunity with the option to take on additional hours within NDIS participants. The role requires flexibility and adaptability in changing situations.

Staff may also have the chance to salary package everyday expenses, increasing their take-home pay through reduced tax liabilities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability Support, or Individual Support.
  • First Aid & CPR certification.
  • NDIS Workers screening card.
  • Working with Children Card.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing holistic support to participants addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with participants, families, and carers.
  • Participating in regular training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
