Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Coordinator to provide support to the Admissions and Scholarships department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective professional management of office operations.
  • Coordination and monitoring of complaint review and outcomes, risk and governance matters.
  • Project support for Director of Admissions and Scholarships with Enhanced Admissions 2.0 and other transformation work.
  • Welcoming visitors, managing mail/calls and actioning appropriately.
  • Diary/schedule management through a solid understanding of the business, relative priorities, and appropriate delegation.
  • Proactive identification and follow-up of meeting actions.
  • Expense processing via digital platforms.
  • Maintaining up-to-date organizational charts.
