Optimizing Product Performance Manager

As a key member of our team, the Performance Evaluation Lead will oversee the thorough testing and evaluation of products to ensure they meet stringent performance, safety, and regulatory standards. This critical role involves supervising and training technical staff to guarantee accurate reports and adherence to safe working practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and mentoring Technical Officers, Shot Firers, and Technical Assistants to optimize performance and quality.
- Reviewing all reports for accuracy, validity, and compliance with established guidelines before release.
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and maintenance operations within the work area to prevent accidents and minimize risks.
- Acting as an ISO/IEC 17025 signatory where applicable, ensuring the highest level of quality assurance.
Required skills and experience include:
- Degree qualified in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Certified Workplace Trainer & Assessor (desirable).
- In-depth knowledge of laboratory calibrations, standardization procedures, and quality control techniques.
- Explosive Licence (Unsupervised Handling) & Shotfirer certification (desirable).
