Pipeline Integrity Specialist

This is a strategic role providing pipeline integrity advice to clients from both front-line and corporate perspectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct anomaly assessments and analysis for clients across various industries.
- Develop defect assessment, fitness for service calculations, and modelling strategies.
- Investigate failures and develop repair scope recommendations.
- Design and implement pipeline integrity programmes and plans.
- Benchmark and audit pipeline management systems.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5-10 years of work experience in an integrity function within a hydrocarbons or chemical environment.
- Proficiency in CMMS software such as SAP and workflow management.
- Familiarity with local and international standards covering high-pressure pipelines (AS2885) and associated equipment.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and Visio.
- Understanding of computerised integrity management software and databases.
- Exposure to risk management and process safety concepts.
- Ability to perform FFS and RBI assessments.
- Proactive approach to physical and process safety situations.
- Application of risk-based perspective to all tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capacity to innovate and challenge existing practices.
