Senior Pipeline Integrity Specialist

This is a critical role that provides crucial pipeline integrity advice to clients from both strategic and front-line perspectives.

Job Overview:
  • Mentored by experienced professionals with extensive knowledge across various asset types, including pipelines, pressure vessels, piping, rotating equipment, and process machinery.
  • Responsible for delivering high-quality work in the field of pipeline integrity, ensuring safety standards are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert pipeline integrity advice to clients on strategy and frontline operations.
  2. Develop and implement pipeline integrity programs and plans.
  3. Conduct anomaly assessments, defect assessment, fitness for service calculations, and modeling.
  4. Lead failure investigations and develop repair scopes.
  5. Benchmark and audit pipeline management systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an integrity function within hydrocarbons or chemical environments.
  • Strong understanding of local and international standards covering pipeline management (AS2885) and associated equipment.
  • Highly developed computer skills, including proficiency in software such as SAP and workflow.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of CMMS interfaces and computerized integrity management software/databases.
  • Understanding of risk management and process safety concepts.
  • Ability to perform FFS and RBI assessment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
