About this role

We are seeking a Senior Pipeline Integrity Engineer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the transition to renewable energy systems and decarbonisation.

The successful candidate will be part of a high-performing team executing jobs of varying sizes and complexity, providing crucial pipeline integrity advice to clients from both strategic and front-line perspectives.

The role requires excellent communication skills, proven capability to perform under pressure, individually and as part of a team.

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • Between 5- and 10-years work experience preferably within an integrity function in a hydrocarbons or chemical environment.
  • Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) interface such as SAP and workflow is essential.
  • Understanding of local and international standards covering the management of high-pressure pipelines (AS2885) and associated equipment is required.
  • Highly developed computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio are necessary.
  • An understanding of computerised integrity management software / databases is also required.
  • Exposure to risk management and process safety concepts is desirable.
  • Understanding and capability of performing Failure Frequency and Risk-Based Inspection (FFS and RBI) assessment is essential.

This role would suit a person with a background in hydrocarbons or chemicals environments. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a supercharged career pathway, whether it is technical, or focused on the people.
