This role covers the Darling Downs Region, based in Toowoomba. We seek self-motivated individuals with experience in sales, business development, account management, or outbound calling to join our team.

A Day in the Life:

  • Building and maintaining long-term employer partnerships
  • Developing and maintaining networks with employers and communities
  • Collaborating with employment consultants to find suitable employment for job seekers
  • Negotiating with employers to ensure successful placements
  • Meeting compliance requirements and updating databases

We strive for performance excellence, encouraging us to help more people achieve their goals. This role attracts a base salary of at least $60K plus an uncapped incentive structure, rewarding your success in placing people in employment. You'll also enjoy unlimited personal use of a smartphone and various other benefits.
