As a Senior Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business customers. You will work across the Brisbane and Toowoomba region, partnering with a diverse portfolio of clients to provide quality banking services that meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

"1. Manage a commercial portfolio and complex lending opportunities.
2. Develop strong specialist networks with local industry, business and community groups and implement localised plans to raise the profile of yourself and the bank in the community.
3. Connect with customers through quality conversations to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet their needs.
4. Build deep and lasting relationships focused on the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing ones.
5. Identify and lead business development activities that optimise our profile and growth prospects in the local region.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have:
1. A tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline.
2. The ability to undertake travel and possession of a current driver license.
3. Demonstrated expertise in business lending and credit risk principles, financial analysis skills and knowledge of business banking market conditions, products, cash flows and markets.
