Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate customer bookings and schedule installations or services as required.
  • Process quotes, invoices, and other customer documentation efficiently.
  • Utilize CRM systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and email systems to manage customer interactions and business operations effectively.
  • Assist with paperwork related to government incentives, such as STCs.
  • Support the sales team by following up on leads and communicating with customers.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily business operations.

  • Can work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
