About the Role- This is a senior position that involves managing commercial portfolios and complex lending opportunities.
The role will require you to develop strong relationships with business customers, understand their needs, and provide quality banking services that enable them to succeed. You will work closely with Regional Managers and branches to attract and retain new business opportunities by visiting customers, conducting targeted business development activities, and delivering win-win solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of specialist customers and prospect for new business opportunities within local communities.
- Develop deep and lasting relationships focused on the acquisition of new customers.
- Connect with a large network of Corporate and Community Bank Branches who are well respected and strongly engaged with the communities they serve.

Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline.
