Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

  • Support Senior Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage and grow customer portfolios, identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Analyse financial data to inform business decisions and drive profitability.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement business plans, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Ability to analyse complex financial data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proven track record of managing customer portfolios and driving growth and retention.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience in developing and implementing business plans.
  • Commercial acumen, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
