Job Title: Financial Programme Lead 

As a senior financial professional, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of our programmes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for analysing performance drivers and identifying trends to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain frameworks for project cost control
  • Resource time cost accounting reconciliation, accruals and variance reporting
  • Program revenue recognition reporting
  • Develop framework and provide support to shape financial budgets and forecasts
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to enable informed decision-making
  • Optimise resource timesheet collection process across multiple global business units for reconciliation into the Program ledger
  • Preparation of periodic Program P&L Reports for PMO and Executive leadership review

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business with an Accounting/Finance focus and CA/CPA qualification or in progress
  • Knowledge of project control practices, including work breakdown structures, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Project accounting experience is preferred, including commercial/Govt/Defence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and adaptability to in-house ERP tools like SAGE and Oracle Financials
  • Strong communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential
