This is a mid-senior level position, responsible for delivering IT enabled projects associated with the delivery of a comprehensive enterprise network modernisation initiative.

About the Role:
  • Apply contemporary business analysis and organisational change practices when interacting with stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder engagement and business analysis for the ENMP to understand business needs as they relate to project delivery.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in programme and/or project delivery, preferably in relation to service transition/migration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Requirements elicitation, business process mapping and/or stakeholder engagement workshops.
  2. Communicating all project risks, issues and dependencies in an effective and collaborative manner.
  3. Maintaining relationships with key technical and business stakeholders Compliance, Systems and Reporting.
  4. Monitoring progress of project work packages, deliverables and products.
  5. Identify and report on risk and issues impacting service delivery and program performance.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Australian citizen with the ability to obtain Baseline Clearance.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in programme and/or project delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with interpersonal, consultative, organisational and facilitation skills.
