Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Providing direction and guidance to program teams and stakeholders
  • Program Management Expertise: Demonstrating extensive knowledge and experience in defence program management
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with Defence and Government clients
  • Risk Management: Identifying and assessing risks associated with complex programmes and developing mitigation strategies
  • Team Leadership: Leading and managing program managers and other professionals involved in the program

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • At least 10 years of program management experience in the defence sector
