
Hearing Care Professional

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional hearing care solutions? We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist or Audiometrist to join our team in Kingston or Deakin, ACT.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing client hearing loss, recommending solutions, and providing aural rehabilitation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive audiometric tests to diagnose hearing loss
- Reporting test results in writing and making referrals to medical professionals as needed
- Providing personalized recommendations for hearing solutions, including amplification devices, implantable technology, and assistive listening devices
- Counseling clients and families on treatment options and developing customized treatment plans
- Collaborating with the team to develop and implement noise control strategies and hearing conservation programs
Requirements:
- Audiology qualification from a recognized university or TAFE institution
- Full membership of AudA or ACAud professional associations
- Current QP registration
- Strong audiological skills and knowledge, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
