This role involves collaborating with clinicians and hearing technicians to provide quality hearing health care outcomes for all clients.

Responsibilities include:

\
  • Performing sales generating activities to increase access to better hearing (full training provided)\
  • Booking and confirming appointments for clients using our online schedule tool\
  • Working with clients to determine government funding assistance and health fund rebates\
  • Following up with existing clients to encourage renewal of maintenance programs\
  • Performing hearing screening checks (full training provided)\
  • Providing administrative support for day-to-day clinic operations

As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional hearing care services to our clients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team at the Hobart Clinic.

Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver high-quality hearing health care outcomes for clients. This involves performing sales generating activities, booking and confirming appointments, determining government funding assistance and health fund rebates, following up with existing clients, performing hearing screening checks, and providing administrative support.

\Required Skills and Qualifications\

To be successful in this role, you should have:

\
  • Previous sales and customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments\
  • Experience working with an older demographic preferred\
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey\
  • HSC or TAFE qualification\
  • Computer literacy skills
