Audika, a global leader in hearing healthcare, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals with hearing loss and possess excellent communication skills.
About the Role:
- Support clinicians during hearing appointments, providing hands-on assistance with equipment placement and client care.
- Facilitate device demonstrations and tests, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions.
- Manage equipment and IT requirements for video conferencing, hearing aid fitting, and minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience in hearing care services or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey.
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification.
