About This Role
  • Perform comprehensive hearing assessments and provide expert advice on hearing aid maintenance
  • Offer exceptional customer service and support via face-to-face and phone interactions
  • Coordinate and manage customer appointments through diary management systems
  • Identify and pursue external lead generation opportunities to drive customer engagement
  • Contribute to the success of our clinics by providing administrative support and reporting insights
About You
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role or retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proficient computer skills and technical aptitude
  • Prior administration experience an asset, but full training will be provided
  • Sales experience an advantage
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for occasional travel
